ROCHESTER, N.H. – HRCU has been recognized by MemberXP, a CX program offered by CU Solutions Group, as one of North America’s best credit unions for its performance in two categories: new member experience and mortgage loan experience.
Annually, the Best of the Best award is given to the highest-performing credit unions that consistently provide extraordinary service, as reported by their own members. More than 300,000 surveys were completed by the membership of these credit unions in 2022, providing data on key performance indicators and specific feedback regarding financial experiences, such as opening an account or applying for a loan, the credit union said.
