HANSCOM AFB, Mass. —Hansom FCU said it has completed its merger with W.H. Nichols Employees FCU in Devens, Mass. The 256-member credit union had $1 million in assets. Member services included savings accounts and installment loans. Hanscom FCU has $1.1 billion in assets and serves 61,624 members.
“We welcome W.H. Nichols FCU members to Hanscom FCU,” stated Hanscom FCU Chairman of the Board Paul Marotta. “We already have a branch in Devens that can provide convenient in-person service. Plus, members joining the Hanscom FCU family now have access to all our products and services. We look forward to meeting these members’ financial needs for a long time to come.”
W.H. Nichols Employees FCU had one branch and no full time employees.
