FITCHBURG, Mass. – IC Federal Credit Union reported Christopher P. Hendry has been named as a new member of the Supervisory Committee. As alumni of Fitchburg State University, receiving his MBA in Management in 2007, and B.S. in Communications Media Cum Laude in 1992, Mr. Hendry is currently Vice President of University Advancement.
Hendry began his career with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in Natick, MA as Director of Development and later went on to become the Executive Director of its Northern New England Chapter. He also held positions at Framingham State as Vice President of University Advancement and Executive Director of the university’s foundation.
Mr. Hendry is active in the local community, serving as a Director of the Fitchburg Art Museum, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Fitchburg & Leominster, and the Arc of Opportunity. He is an ongoing advisor and volunteer with both the Twin Cities Community Development Corporation and the Health Alliance Hospital Gala. His professional affiliations include the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). Mr. Hendry resides in Leominster with his family.
