WORCESTER, Mass.-- IC Federal Credit Union has distributed $20,000 to 12 non-profit organizations in the Worcester area.
"Community support is at the core of what we do," said Tony Emerson, President & CEO of IC. "We have been assisting organizations in our ‘home-neighborhood’ area for almost 87 years now, and we couldn't think of a better way to meet some of our new neighbors in the Worcester area than by stopping by with a donation."
Receiving donations were Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Clark University, Edward St. Child Services, First Night of Worcester, Friendly House, Rachel’s Table, Rainbow Child Development Center, Worcester Community Action Council, Worcester Community Food Bank, Worcester Youth Center, and Veterans, Inc.
