FITCHBURG, Mass.–  IC Federal Credit Union launched a special Member Education Promotion to coincide with National Education Week.

The program was designed to award four members per week during the year-long promotion. Two Intelligent Checking account members, per week could designate an educational program to receive $250 from IC on their behalf. They, in turn, received a $25 deposit to their account.

The program also awarded two student account Members, per week, $100 each, deposited directly into their account.

According to Carolyn Perla, AVP of Retail, “We awarded approximately $5,000 to educational programs and nearly $5,000 to IC’s student account Members.”

Winners were randomly chosen each week during the promotion.
