DELRAY BEACH, Fla.–IMB Southeast Employees’ Credit Union’s Soutehast Credit Unoin Foundation has earned an Editor’s Choice Award from CardRates.com for its strong commitment to community.
CardRate.com provides information to consumers about the benefits and perils of various credit cards, and also publishes news and reviews.
IBMSECU noted it has shown outstanding growth over the years, with more than $1.10 billion in assets and over 82,000 members nationally and internationally, with branches located in the South Florida and Greater Atlanta areas.

The mission of the Southeast Credit Union Foundation is to improve the lives of children and families in the communities they serve. All proceeds raised from annual Jingle Bells at the Branches and Easter Egg icons and candy sales in IBMSECU branches along with the Kilometers for Our Community Virtual 5k, Bowl-A-Thons and other fundraising events are donated directly to the Foundation and used to support causes, such as local scholarship awards, school supplies and holiday presents to children in need, the credit union said.
