Inspire FCU Hosts Shred Event

LANGHORNE, Penn.–Inspire Federal Credit Union, in partnership with Middletown Township, hosted a free Community Shred Event at the Oxford Valley Mall parking lot.

The event, sponsored by both organizations invited the residents of Bucks County to dispose of their sensitive
information and remain protected. Specialists from Titan Mobile Shredding were onsite to help the community dispose of their documents properly. Titan’s high-security shredding technology can shred 3,000 pounds of paper in a one-hour time span.

Due to the increasing popularity of the Community Shred Event, additional planning and preparations were made by Middletown Township to ensure the event remained enjoyable and safe for all attendees, the credit union said. Approximately 300 cars were in attendance throughout the day to join the fight against identity theft and keep the community protected!

“We are proud to partner with Middletown Township to fight identity theft and protect the community! Our Credit Union has been hosting this annual event for over 10 years, and it continues to grow more each time we host it. It is an honor to be able to provide such an invaluable service and resource to the residents of Bucks County,” said Jim Merrill, Inspire’s President/CEO.
