LAS VEGAS– Alicia Isham has been named Loan Operations Supervisor for Clark County Credit Union (CCCU). In her new role, Isham is responsible for the management of the loan operations staff and will oversee the development of best practices for loan processes.
Isham brings more than 17 years of financial services experience and has been a part of the CCCU team since 2004. Before this promotion, Isham served the loan operations team as a consumer loan underwriter for the past four years.
“Alicia has been an incredible asset to the loan operations department for over a decade and has been an essential part of the team,” said Christie Jordan, chief financial officer for CCCU. “Her dedication, efficiency and extensive knowledge of loan products and financial services will play an important role in our continued success.”
Isham has been an integral part of the credit union since she joined as a loan specialist in 2004 and has held multiple roles in the loan operations department. Before joining CCCU, Isham served five years as an operations processor at Wells Fargo. Isham received her bachelor’s degree in biology from Iowa Wesleyan College.
