JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jax Federal Credit Union has appointed Karen DeSalvo as its Chief Experience Officer.
DeSalvo has built an impressive strategic marketing career in the financial services industry. Prior roles include Chief Experience Officer for ValleyStar Credit Union and Chief Marketing Officer of Truliant Federal Credit Union in Winston-Salem, North Carolina from 2010-2018, which saw a 26% increase in assets and 25% increase in membership during her tenure. She served as Senior Vice President of Retail and Digital Banking of Allegacy Federal Credit Union, also headquartered in Winston-Salem. There, she directed the leadership team in developing a comprehensive digital banking migration strategy focused on enhancing the membership experience.

In her new role as Chief Experience Officer, DeSalvo will guide executive leadership on cultivating excellence in member services; build strategic initiatives to enhance Jax Federal Credit Union’s products and services; and oversee efforts to promote sustainable growth.
