LAFCU Helps Band Hit A High Note

LANSING, Mich. – LAFCU donated $1,000 to the J.W. Sexton High School band program at a lively event held at the high school in Lansing.

“This donation is one of the many ways LAFCU gives back,” said Kelli Ellsworth Etchison. “The credit union is dedicated to improving the lives of area youth in the community in which it serves, and we’re proud to present this award to the Sexton High School band program.”

Peter Spadafore and Yvonne Caamal Canul accepted the check on behalf of the band.

The $1,000 donation is part of LAFCU’s music sponsorship of the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce’s annual dinner.
