GLENDALE, Calif.–Richard Lie, president/CEO of Los Angeles Federal Credit Union (LAFCU), personally presented checks of $5,000 each to Members 1st Credit Union and Sierra Central Credit Union. Both credit unions were greatly affected by the destructive July 2018 “Carr” wildfire that burned 229,000 acres (359 square miles) in Northern California. Donated funds will assist members and staff as they recover from the aftermath of the fire.
