ATLANTA—LGE Community Credit Union said it has received two national recognitions highlighting its workplace culture and employee well-being initiatives: the 2026 USA TODAY Top Workplaces Award and the 2025 Cigna Healthy Workforce Gold Level Designation.
The USA TODAY Top Workplaces Award recognizes organizations that foster strong, people-first cultures built on employee engagement and trust. More than 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in this year’s program, with winners determined through confidential employee feedback gathered by HR research and technology firm Energage.
“These prestigious recognitions show the strength of a culture where employees feel heard, valued, and supported,” President and CEO Chris Leggett said in a statement, adding that LGE’s people-focused approach extends to both its workforce and the members it serves.
The credit union also received the 2025 Cigna Healthy Workforce Gold Level Designation, which recognizes employers that demonstrate a strong commitment to improving employee health and well-being through workplace programs focused on areas such as preventive care, mental health support, wellness initiatives and ongoing health education.
