Labor CU Launches Website, Wins Awards

WASHINGTON–Labor Credit Union has launched a new website, marking the completion of its comprehensive rebranding efforts. 

“During this transformative journey, Labor Credit Union has been honored with multiple awards, solidifying its commitment to excellence and innovation,” the credit union said.

Labor Credit Union earned two CUNA Marketing and Business Development Council CUNA Diamond Awards this spring in the categories of Logo Design and Non-Commercial Video for its originality and strategy in design.  

In addition, the MDDC Credit Union Association, during its annual CONNECT Conference presented two Marketing Trailblazer Awards to the credit union in the under $250 million in asset categories of Best Video Project and Best Wildcard.

"We are immensely proud of our rebranding journey, which has been centered around elevating our members' experience and reflecting our core values. These awards are a testament to the dedication and hard work of our entire team and our unwavering commitment to providing exceptional financial services to our members," said CFO Hina Khalid. 

The rebranding initiative aimed to modernize the credit union’s image, enhance the member experience, and reinforce the Credit Union’s dedication to serving the Labor Movement. The process involved extensive research, insightful consultations with BC Consulting, and creative collaboration among the marketing team.

“The successful rebranding and award-winning initiatives demonstrate Labor CU’s forward-thinking approach and determination to stay ahead in an ever-evolving financial landscape,” the credit union said, adding it “remains steadfast in its mission to serve its members and the community with the utmost integrity and dedication.”
