Langley FCU Names Huemer As SVP-CFO

NEWPORT NEWS, VA - Langley Federal Credit Union has named Ingo Huemer as Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of the $2 Billion Credit Union. Huemer is replacing outgoing CFO Greg Manweiler, who announced his retirement after thirty-seven years at the credit union. Huemer will manage several areas including Accounting, Asset Liability Management, Budgeting, Finance, Investments, Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk Management and Security.
"Ingo has been a valuable member of the senior management team and this promotion serves as both recognition of his current contribution and the expanded opportunity for professional growth," stated Langley President/CEO Tom Ryan.
Huemer joined Langley in 2005 as the Assistant Vice President of Internal Audit and most recently served as Vice President of Risk Management. Prior to joining Langley, he was a partner with Witt Mares, PLC and specialized in credit union and community bank audits for over 20 years. Huemer has a BBA degree from Roanoke College and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. "Langley
