NORTH GRAFTON, Mass.--Douglas Lanzillo has been promoted to Vice President, Market Manager at Homefield Credit Union.
Lanzillo joined the Credit Union’s Lending Department in 2012. In his new role, Lanzillo will focus extensively on building and retaining member relationships. He will promote the wide range of products and services offered by Homefield Credit Union, with the goal of simplifying the financial needs of the Credit Union’s members. Lanzillo will provide solutions to assist members achieve financial success, while providing the highest level of service and satisfaction. He will also mentor the Market Managers and Member Service Representatives in the Grafton and Milford Branches, the CU said.
“Doug has been a key part of the Credit Union’s success, and I am thrilled to announce his promotion to this new position,” stated Karl J. Moisan, President & CEO of Homefield Credit Union. “In his previous role as AVP, Real Estate Lending, Doug earned a spot on Banker &Tradesman’sTop Ten List of Loan Originators, three years in row. He is extremely professional and highly personable. I believe these traits are essential to creating the kind of member experience that will enhance existing relationships and foster new memberships.” Lanzillo received his Bachelor of Science degree from Bentley University and his MBA from Clark University, the CU said.
