MECU of Baltimore Recognized With a Pair of Diamond Marketing Awards

BALTIMORE – MECU Credit Union won several Diamond Awards from America’s Credit Unions’ Marketing & Business Development Council.

MECU won in “Category’s Best – Membership Marketing” for its nine-month “We See You” brand awareness campaign.

Messages included “We see you achieving your goals”; “We see working for a better tomorrow”; “We see you working hard, Baltimore”; “We see you striving for more”; and “We see you building a brighter future.”

Communication channels included The Baltimore Sun and other print and digital publications; billboards, bus wraps, broadcast, OTT, digital, and social media advertising.

MECU also won in the “Multifaceted” category for its Data Core Conversion Communications Before, During, and After Technology System Upgrade

Communication channels included a microsite on mecu.com, a conversion booklet mailing, emails, digital banking messages, mobile push communications, social media images, branch signage, and buckslips. 

In addition, there was a branded Ontranet site for staff.
