MSUFCU Announces Leadership Promotions Across Service, Lending And Risk Teams

EAST LANSING, Mich.— MSU Federal Credit Union has announced a series of internal promotions, elevating four leaders across its call center, digital services, lending and credit risk operations.

The credit union promoted Tiffany Bock to vice president of call center, where she now leads a team of more than 100 employees, and Amber Hill to vice president of eServices and video services, overseeing teams focused on digital engagement and remote member service. MSUFCU said both leaders will help advance its strategy of blending digital tools with personalized service.

MSUFCU also promoted Kara Maxey to vice president of member lending, where she will lead loan origination strategy, loan growth and compliance efforts, while Elizabeth Nagy was named credit risk operations manager, overseeing credit disputes, garnishments, levies and other credit reporting responsibilities.

In statements, all four executives said they were grateful for the opportunity to step into their new roles, with the credit union emphasizing the promotions reflect its focus on service excellence, operational performance and continued support for members across multiple channels.
