CHATSWORTH, Calif. – Matadors Community Credit Union (MCCU) Senior Loan Processor Julie Prada organized a company-wide collection of coats, jackets, sweaters, and other clothing items to be donated to local families. MCCU employees donated enough clothing to fill eight extra-large trash bags. Prada personally delivered the donations to MEND (Meet Each Need with Dignity), a local charity that provides emergency food, clothing, medical care and more to needy families in the San Fernando Valley.
“It was my pleasure being able to put this drive together on behalf of MCCU,” Prada commented. “I’m looking forward to being able to do more.”
