DEL MAR, Calif. –NACUSAC announced board of director election results.
Incumbents Michael Buecher, Air Force Federal Credit Union (TX), Gerry Dunning, Partners Federal Credit Union (CA) and Donna Carvin, Trumark Financial Credit Union (PA) were re-elected to three-year terms. The NACUSAC Board elected the following officers for the 2022-2023 term: Chairman - Bill Stauder, Vacationland Federal Credit Union (OH) Vice Chairman - Mike Kucera, Eglin Federal Credit Union (FL)
Secretary - Donna Carvin, Trumark Financial Credit Union (PA) Treasurer – Stacy Dawson, Allegiance Credit Union (OK) Directors – Jeanette Cooper, Eagle One Federal Credit Union (PA); Gerry Dunning, Partners Federal Credit Union (CA); Maureen McCabe, Fairwinds Credit Union (FL); Michael Buecher, Air Force Federal Credit Union (TX); Michael MacFeeters, Credit Union of New Jersey (NJ).
Separately, NACUSAC Chairman Mike Buecher presented a plaque to Joe Zito, Shareholder at Doeren Mayhew in the firm’s Financial Institutions Group. Doeren Mayhew has been an associate member of NACUSAC for nearly 30 years and has supported its mission of educating and training supervisory and audit committee members by speaking on NACUSAC webinars and at the Annual Conferences
On June 17, Johanna Benker (Travis Credit Union) graduated from NACUSAC University during the National Association of Credit Union Supervisory and Auditing Committees 2022 Annual Conference in Baltimore, Maryland.Johanna completed a comprehensive program consisting of coursework related specifically to credit union oversight. The NACUSAC University curriculum consists of
satisfactory completion of two levels of study, including twelve courses in the areas of auditing
and accounting.
