NEFCU Awards 5 $1,000 Scholarship to Guard Members

WILLISTON, Vt.–New England Federal Credit Union (NEFCU) has awarded five, $1000 scholarships to members of the Vermont National Guard. Presentation of the scholarships took place at the National Guard Association of Vermont’s Annual Scholarship Breakfast at the Capital Plaza Hotel in Montpelier.  A sixth scholarship was presented by the National Guard Association of Vermont. 

On hand to present the scholarships for NEFCU were Cindy Morgan, Senior Marketing Executive, and Bill Smith, Senior Retail Delivery Executive. Representing the Vermont National Guard was Adjutant General Steven Cray. Also on hand were Vermont State Representative Thomas Terenzini, R-Rutland, and Lieutenant Governor David Zuckerman. 

Scholarship recipients were: 

Nathan A. Belluche, Burlington

Shannon P. French, Colchester

John C. Helme, Montpelier

Jennifer A McLean, Lewiston, Maine

Caroline I. Perry, Williamstown

Ann E. Zuccardy, Huntington
