WILLISTON, Vt.–NEFCU has presented a check for $31,500 to Vermont Children’s Hospital.
The check was presented by SVP-Chief Marketing and Retail Officer Bill Smith and Senior Community Relations Specialist Sarah Ricker.
On hand to receive the check were Dr. Lewis First of the University of Vermont Children’s Hospital and “Wild Bill” Sargent of WOKO.
The funds were collected during the annual NEFCU Big Change Roundup. All proceeds from the Big Change Roundup benefit patients and families served by the University of Vermont Children's Hospital. Support of the event ensures continuing family-centered care in a child-friendly environment, the credit union said.
