HERNDON, Va.–The NWFCU Foundation held its 9thannual Night of Magic celebration at Inova Children's Hospital, which included a $10,000 donation to the Inova Cares Clinic for Children.
“The NWFCU Foundation was delighted to make its largest donation to the Inova Cares Clinic yet, which will enable the clinic to further service its mission to provide comprehensive pediatric medical services for children of low-income families,” said Executive Director of the NWFCU Foundation, Alexzandra Shade.
The annual Night of Magic event gives children receiving treatment at local hospitals, and their families, a chance to attend a celebratory event, including music, dancing, food and more, in a safe setting. Those in attendance received a $50 gas gift card to help with their transportation costs to/from the hospital or medical appointments.
