MADISON, Wis.--The National Credit Union Foundation, the charitable arm of the U.S. credit union movement, has appointed Holly Fearing as its new Chief Marketing & Experience Officer, effective October 6, 2025.
Fearing joins the Foundation from the Filene Research Institute, where she currently serves as Head of Marketing & Experience. Over the past decade, she has played a pivotal role in positioning Filene as a leading voice in credit union innovation, overseeing marketing, communications, branding, events, and digital experience. Her work has helped drive organizational growth and deepen engagement across the credit union system.
