SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Navigant Credit Union has hired Lori Jordan as the Vice President of Learning & Organizational Development.
She joins Navigant Credit Union with more than 25 years of experience in workforce development leadership positions, most recently serving as the senior director of employee engagement & staff development at the Fedcap Group.
In her new role at Navigant Credit Union, she will be responsible for providing leadership in the design and implementation of a comprehensive, organization-wide learning and development program. Lori will collaborate with key internal stake holders to assess organizational learning and training needs and provide a training curriculum to support strategic initiatives and enhance employees’ skills.
