CONCORD, N.H.–New Hampshire Federal Credit Union recently made organizational changes it said are designed to solidify its commitment to making a positive difference in people’s lives through financial education, debt restructuring, and consulting.
As part of this reorganization, several employees earned promotions with new responsibilities, including:
- Pamela Roy was recently appointed Vice President of Member Service and Human Resources. She will oversee the day to day service to NHFCU members as well as human resources. Roy joined NH Federal Credit Union in 2007 as an executive assistant, bringing with her 22 years of banking experience.
- Tina Cabana was promoted to Vice President of Lending, where she will oversee both consumer and mortgage loan originations and servicing. Cabana has worked for NHFCU for more than 28 years and delivers extensive knowledge and experience with NHFCU, from collections to consumer and mortgage lending as well as member service. She most recently oversaw the Sales and Service area. In the last year, she has focused on consultative lending, leading NHFCU’s efforts to save its members more than $1.8 million dollars through debt restructuring and education about personal finance.
- Polly Saltmarsh was promoted to Vice President of Financial Education & Business Development. Saltmarsh has worked for NHFCU for more than thirty-years. She most recently oversaw NHFCU’s Marketing & Business Development efforts and has played a key role in developing the CU 4 Reality Financial Education Program, an award-winning and nationally recognized youth financial education platform for credit unions.
