MORTON GROVE, Ill.--Jose Garcia, President/CEO of Northwest Community Credit Union, was recently recognized in the special edition of Negocios Now Who’s Who in Hispanic Business-2022.
Since its launch in 2014, the Who’s Who edition has published hundreds of outstanding Latino profiles in Business, Corporate, Government, Law, Finance, Real Estate, Health, Elected Official and other fields. Negocios Now is the most awarded Hispanic business publication in the US.
“I am honored to be recognized in this special edition along with many other Latinos who have made it their mission to give back to their communities,” said Garcia.
Over the past several years, Garcia has made several important contributions to the Hispanic community in the Chicago area including creation of a student-run credit union branch at Saint Xavier University in Chicago which boasts a large Hispanic student population. Additionally, he was recently recognized as one of 50 Chicago United’s 2021 Business Leaders of Color.
