OMNI Community Supports Hospital

KALAMAZOO, Mich.–OMNI Community Credit Union has presented Bronson Children’s Hospital with a gift of nearly $30,000 through the 2021 OMNI Gives Back program.

The hospital focuses solely on children’s health and well-being, with specialized pediatric services, a warm and caring staff in a welcoming environment, and wellness programs that extend beyond medical care. The hospital is the only one of its kind in southwest and southcentral Michigan.

Now in its fifth year, OMNI’s Give Back auto loan program pledges $15 for each auto loan funded during the year. Members who take out auto loans help choose which non-profits receive the donations. Bronson Children’s Hospital was the recipient of the highest amount, which totaled $29,061.

“Bronson Children’s Hospital is always a member favorite for our Give Back program,” said OMNI CEO Ted Parsons. “We’re very pleased to be able to support this organization and the staff who provides an amazing level of compassionate healthcare to children.”

A total of $45,435  was donated to local nonprofits through the 2021 OMNI Give Back auto loan program. More information on the program is available on the credit union’s website.
