ROCKVILLE CENTRE, N.Y.–Patricia Daley, director of marketing & member development at Ocean Financial Federal Credit Union, represented one of the six panelists present at the “HerStory” Business Panel, hosted by Molloy University.
The “HerStory” Business Panel is a platform dedicated to amplifying the voices of women entrepreneurs and business leaders. Moderated by Gioia Bales, dean of the School of Business at Molloy University, the discussion shined a spotlight on the remarkable journeys of six women that represent non-profit organizations across New York City and Long Island. Each panelist shared their personal career journey, followed by a session where they answered questions and shared advice for future female leaders, the credit union said.
“It is an honor being able to speak alongside these amazing women that have achieved milestones throughout their careers in the nonprofit industry,” said Daley. “By participating in this panel, we hope to inspire and empower the future generation of female leaders who are currently navigating and preparing for the business world.”
