Oklahoma Central Names Weatherly As VP-Retail Sales and Service

TULSA, Okla.— Pepper Weatherly has been named as Oklahoma Central Credit Union’s new vice president retail sales and service effective March 6, 2017. 

Previously the chief operations officer at Southwest 66 Credit Union in Odessa, Texas, Weatherly was responsible for overseeing operations, lending, collections, compliance, and the call center. During his leadership at the credit union, Weatherly developed and reinstated the credit union’s mortgage loan origination and portfolio program.
Prior to working at Southwest 66, Weatherly was the chief lending officer at Cannon Federal Credit Union in Clovis, N.M. Weatherly developed and implemented the credit union’s indirect lending program responsible for 30 percent portfolio growth.
With more than 25 years of lending experience in the financial services industry, Weatherly will help Oklahoma Central continue its mission to make a difference in the lives of their employees, members, and the communities they serve. Weatherly is recognized in the industry for his collaborative leadership style, successfully defining market strategy, and maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention.
The executive search was conducted by Credit Union Resources for the $525 million dollar credit union.
