PORTLAND, Ore.–OnPoint Community Credit Union announced the promotion of Andrew Emerson to vice president/mortgage. Emerson has 13 years of financial services experience, including 8 years with OnPoint. As vice president/mortgage, Emerson is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of OnPoint’s retail mortgage business unit, including branch mortgage loan officers, an outside mortgage sales team, and a processing and closing team.
