The graduate of Eastern Oregon University has been in the real estate industry for more than 18 years to include years with Fidelity National (now Ticor) Title and as a Philomath and Corvallis realtor. Herbert has volunteered for the annual Benton County BBQ Cook-off and is a long-time OSU football season ticket holder among her community activities.

Herbert said, “I’ve come to know and appreciate our loyal Benton County membership and their home loan needs. I look forward to extending into the community and adding further service to our area’s homeowners.”

Kratzer-Reid has worked for First Interstate Bank in Laramie, Wyoming for 12 years prior to moving to Lebanon, Oregon in May of this year. She has served homeowners since 2007 as a Mortgage Loan Officer and her financial services background extends back 16 years. Kratzer-Reid said, “Owning a home is the American dream and I love being part of that journey. It is my passion to support my fellow Linn County members through the process and be there when they receive their keys.“

“Jaimy has been a tremendous asset to our membership as a long-time contributor to our mortgage lending team and she is already well connected in the community she will be serving.

Deborah comes to us with an extensive mortgage lending background and a great record of working long and odd hours to achieve her success. Our Linn County members will enjoy working with her. Together they are great examples of the service standard we are all about at Oregon State Credit Union,” said Director of Real Estate Lyndora Taylor.
