HARRISBURG, Penn.–PSECU has been named by Leadership Harrisburg Area as its first-ever Titanium Level Corporate Shareholder. With an annual financial pledge of $10,000 for a minimum of three consecutive years, Titanium is the highest level of support LHA acknowledges. It was designated as a shareholder level for the first time this year.
“PSECU is the first organization that came to mind when we conceived of this new level of support, as they have generously invested in Leadership Harrisburg Area in a myriad of ways since 2008,” said Una Martone, LHA President and CEO. “This enhanced level of support also coincides with the two organizations’ ten-year anniversary of collaboration, programming, and community impact dedicated to raising the quality of life throughout Central Pennsylvania. We couldn’t be more thankful to have earned a ‘Yes’ from PSECU when we presented this new concept!”
Corporate Shareholders – like PSECU - provide multi-year charitable support to LHA. This funding source creates fiscal stability where tuition-based income leaves off. With Corporate Shareholder support, LHA is able to respond to community needs, such facilitating team projects for nonprofit organizations; conducting broad-based volunteer projects; matching alumni with service opportunities; conducting free workshops and community presentations; and offering scholarships for representatives of nonprofit organizations to participate across all programming. With significant increases in charitable support, LHA will explore the opportunity to continue expanding and enriching its programs and services.
