HARRISBURG, Penn.--The Harrisburg Regional Chamber and Capital Region Economic Development Corporation (CREDC) recently announced that PSECU Vice President of Marketing and Membership Development Barb Bowker will serve as its new Chamber Board Chair. Bowker will lead the work of the organization, together with the Board Chair for its CREDC arm, Hamilton Health Center CEO Jeannine Peterson, throughout 2019, the CU stated.
