Pacific Marine Cuts Ribbon on New Branch

WILDOMAR, Calif.–Pacific Marine Credit Union (PMCU) celebrated the opening of its newest branch here. The branch features PMCU’s new state-of-the-art Branch 2.0 model, delivering a new type of member experience that combines personalized service, technology, and branding elements with a focus on reinventing the member experience, the credit union said.

Momentum, a strategic design-build firm based in Seattle, collaborated with PMCU on the design and construction for the new Wildomar branch. 

This new-state-of-the-art branch is equipped with an “education bar” featuring self-serve tablets, as well as a projection screen and spacious lobby to host free financial workshops for the community. 

“These are exciting times for our credit union. We are growing, innovating, transforming,” said Bill Birnie, PMCU president and CEO. “Our Wildomar branch is part of our commitment to serve families who live and work in Riverside County. We are driven to serve our members with authentic, consultative service.” 

The Wildomar Branch is PMCU’s third location in Riverside County, along with two Temecula locations on Winchester Road and Temecula Parkway. 

“Momentum is excited to be involved in this important milestone in PMCU’s history,” said Jim Haack, president of Momentum, “We’re proud to have brought the credit union’s new member experience model to life through their new and updated branch network.” 

Attendees included Wildomar Mayor Ben Benoit, Mayor Pro Tem Marsha Swanson, Councilman Dustin Nigg, members from the Murrieta & Wildomar Chamber of Commerce and the Wildomar Rotary. PMCU was proud to accept the Certificate of Recognition from California State Senator Jeff Stone as well as an honorary New Business Certificate from Mayor Ben Benoit.
