HARRISONBURG, Va.–Park View Federal Credit Union’s Human Resource Manager, Yvonne Boettger, received the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). The certification is recognized for those who have mastered the strategic and policy-making aspects of HR management and demonstrate relevance, competence, experience, credibility and dedication to human resources.

Yvonne has been the Human Resource Manager at PVFCU since 2006. She holds a Bachelor Degree from Eastern Mennonite University and a Masters in Human Resource Development from James Madison University.
