DUBLIN, Calif. - Patelco Credit Union has been recognized as one of America’s Best Regional Banks and Credit Unions 2024 by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group.
The survey of more than 35,000 individuals included more than 140,000 reviews of regional banks and credit unions.

Patelco said it was among only four California-based credit unions to be awarded the highest, full five-star rating. The study, conducted by Plant-A Insights Group, gathered information from over 9,400 regional banks and credit unions across the United States. The insights firm evaluated banks and credit unions on a range of factors including their financial health, current operational performance, and metrics indicating long term stability.
Drivers for Patelco Credit Union’s high ranking include member service capabilities, channel usability and availability, member perks and benefits, low fees, credit card offerings, abundant loan and mortgage programs, financial health monitoring tools and more.
