LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga.--Peach State Credit Union has donated a portion of its proceeds from the 19th Annual Northeast Georgia Chapter of Credit Unions golf tournament to Lawrenceville Cooperative Ministry, Inc. Founded in 1995, the food bank and financial support group has received $1,000 to advance their initiative to help members of the community become self-sufficient.
Each year, the Chapter designates charities in the counties served by its 19 participating credit unions to receive proceeds from their annual golf tournament.
