PUEBLO, Colo.— Power Credit Union has added two senior executives to its leadership team, naming Justin Salazar vice president of member experience and Michael Shoaf chief lending officer as the credit union continues to expand services across Southern Colorado.
CEO Venessa Trexel said both executives bring extensive leadership experience and a strong commitment to member service. Salazar joins the credit union with 15 years of hospitality leadership experience and will oversee efforts to strengthen service, communication and support across Power Credit Union’s branch and member-service operations.
Shoaf brings more than 17 years of banking experience, most recently serving as chief lending officer at SunWest Credit Union. His background includes consumer, small-business, commercial and agricultural lending, and he will lead Power Credit Union’s lending team while helping refine products and expand lending opportunities throughout Southern Colorado.
Power Credit Union said the appointments support its focus on delivering personalized service and meeting the evolving financial needs of members across the region through its seven locations.
