CHATSWORTH, Calif.--Premier America Credit Union has welcomed two new leaders to drive strategic growth.
Joining the credit union is Tamara Scott, Vice President of Retail Delivery, and Paula Kim, Vice President of Digital Products and Services. Their arrival coincides with a major advancement for the Chatsworth-based credit union, the recent announcement of the new strategic partnership with California State University, Northridge.

Scott comes to Premier America with over 20 years of diverse experience in the areas of Retail Management, Sales, and Training. She has held management roles for large financial institutions and credit unions in Alabama, Michigan, and California. Tamara received her Master of Business Administration from Walden University and her Bachelor of Science from the University of North Alabama. She will be responsible for overseeing Premier America’s network of branches in California and Texas.
Kim joins Premier America as a passionate advocate of digital innovation. She brings over 17 years of expertise implementing robust and seamless omni-channel experiences, as well as managing the development of products throughout the product life-cycle. She has held management roles for large regional banks and will be responsible for spearheading initiatives to enhance the user experience across Premier America’s digital channels to drive growth.
