PrimeWay FCU Names Morgan as CIO

HOUSTON— PrimeWay Federal Credit Union has named Bob Morgan as its new chief information officer. 

Morgan’s experience and expertise in information technology will be a valuable asset to the executive team at PrimeWay FCU. His technical expertise and strategic vision will help PrimeWay continue to provide exceptional service to their members.
Morgan comes to PrimeWay from Alert Logic where he served as director of business application support and development. He was responsible for leading a team that provided development and support for 40 business applications, and he helped the company mature from a group of disparate teams doing separate processes to a more cohesive unit.
Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in business and marketing from the University of Illinois. He has completed the following certifications: CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional) Certification Exam from (isc)2, PMP (Project Manager Professional) from the Project Management Institute, and ITIL v3 Foundation Certification from Axelos.
Morgan is actively involved in the community. He is the founding member and vice president of the Houston Rucking Club, a member of the Project Manager Institute (PMI) Houston, and a volunteer for several other charitable organizations in the community.
