LIVE OAK, Texas—Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) has named Devin Hughes as senior vice president of finance, bringing more than 20 years of experience in treasury, asset-liability management, capital markets and financial risk management to the $19-billion credit union.
Hughes will oversee RBFCU’s finance, treasury, accounting and financial-risk functions, reporting to Executive Vice President and CFO Zach Crews. The credit union said he will help shape financial strategy, optimize balance-sheet performance and support long-term capital planning.
Hughes joins RBFCU from OnPoint Community Credit Union, where he served as vice president of treasury. Prior to that, he spent 15 years with Zions Bancorporation in a series of senior finance and treasury leadership roles. RBFCU President and CEO Mark Sekula said Hughes’ experience across both credit unions and banks will help position the organization for future growth while continuing to deliver value to members.
