SANTA ROSA, Calif.– Redwood Credit Union (RCU) has hired Ryan Beach as assistant vice president and regional manager of branch operations.
In his new role, Mr. Beach will provide leadership and guidance to branch managers, oversee staff development and training, and develop and implement RCU branch goals, promotions, and strategies for the credit union’s Sonoma, Mendocino, and Napa County branches.
“We are pleased to welcome Ryan to RCU’s branch operations team,” said Andy Ramos, senior vice president of member experience. “We’re confident that his 20-year track record of local banking sales management, as well as his involvement in the community, will be a great fit for RCU.”
Previously, Mr. Beach served as vice president and retail banking community manager at Umpqua Bank (formerly Sonoma National Bank) in Santa Rosa, and as assistant vice president and branch manager at National Bank of the Redwoods in Santa Rosa. He serves as executive board member and workforce development chair at the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce.
