EAU CLAIRE, Wis.– Royal Credit Union (Royal) has named has named two people to new positions.
Tami Cybulski has been named Branch Manager of the River Falls office. She is responsible for the overall operations of the branch. This includes ensuring that the branch meets its financial, operational, service, and growth goals, while having fun doing it.
Cybulski comes to Royal from an athletic club in Stillwater, MN, where she was the Director of Sales and Operations for the past eight years. From this role, she brings with her experience in and a joy for community involvement and member experience. Prior to this role, she spent nearly ten years in the banking industry, working for both M&I Bank and Wells Fargo.
Cybulski graduated from UW-River Falls with a degree in Business Management. She has been very active within her community, as she has spent time working with agencies such as Valley Outreach, Relay for Life, Stillwater School District, Feed My Starving Children, Red Cross, Girls Scouts, and her church. She currently lives in Woodbury, MN with her husband, Paul, and three daughters, Sophie, Ava, and Emma.
In addition, Royal Credit Union has named Jackie Leavesseur Electronic Payment Manager at the Corporate Center. She is responsible for managing the team of Electronic Payment Specialists. This includes coaching, training, process improvement, and efficiencies. She is also involved in projects with the Product Settlement & Services team.
Leavesseur comes to Royal with experience in the banking industry as she was most recently a Branch Manager at Associated Bank for nine years.
Leavesseur graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Community Health Education. She is heavily involved in the community as the President-Elect of the Noon Kiwanis Club, Junior Achievement volunteer, Special Olympics Polar Plunge committee member, and Real Life Academy committee member. She currently resides in Eau Claire with her son, Ethan.
