EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Royal Credit Union has named Amy Bauer Vice President of Shared Project Services.
She is responsible for the seamless, timely, cost effective, and accurate delivery of business process analysis, eLearning, and technical writing capabilities across Royal’s projects and ongoing deliverables. Shared project services drives a Member experience excellence approach, focusing on continuous improvement, enhanced efficiency, compliance, and Royal’s Core Values and Purpose.
Bauer began working for Royal in 2007 where she served as Organizational Information and Development Manager. She has a Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin – Stout and received her MBA at the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
Bauer is a graduate of Leadership Eau Claire and is an active Junior Achievement volunteer. She lives in Chippewa Falls.
