Royal Credit Union Names DeNamur Organizational Relations and Recruiting Manager

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. –Royal Credit Union has named Heather DeNamur Organizational Relations and Recruiting Manager. In this role, DeNamur is responsible for leading the Talent Services team to ensure all processes align to Royal’s organizational values and strategic focus of attracting and retaining high impact talent.  DeNamur serves as a partner to leaders in areas of talent management and performance management and champions a culture of effective performance management techniques, team member engagement, and successful talent identification and placement. DeNamur comes to Royal with seven years of human resource experience with a heavy emphasis in talent management and six years of retail experience.  DeNamur hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in human resource management from University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and is a member of the National Society of Human Resource Management.
