EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Royal Credit Union has named Kari Campbell-VanVleet Director of Member Service.In this position, Campbell-VanVleet is responsible for the Member Service Center operational strategies, technology enhancements and ensuring our Members receive the highest quality interaction possible.
Campbell-VanVleet has over 12 years of experience in leading customer service centers and operations. She came to Royal in May of 2020 as Member Service Supervisor II, and by December 2020 was promoted to Member Service Manager. Campbell-VanVleet is Six Sigma Green Belt certified, and has participated in process improvement projects to expand Member and team member experiences.
