SUMTER, S.C.-- SAFE FCU has named Wayne Keels Director of Continuous Improvement, a new position at the credit union.
Keels joins SAFE from Discover Financial Services where he most recently led their Business Transformation for Consumer Banking in the Chicago area. He has an MBA in Project Management and Marketing along with an MS in Computer Science. At SAFE, Keels will take lead in the CU's upcoming projects to improve CU efficiency and effectiveness, as well as improve member service, the CU said.
