SC Federal's Woods Named Chair Of Vizo Financial Corporate CU Board

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C.--Scott Woods, President and CEO of South Carolina Federal Credit Union, has been named Chair of Vizo Financial Corporate Credit Union's Board of Directors.   Vizo Financial is a federally-insured corporate credit union serving over 1,200 consumer credit unions, state credit union associations and credit union service organizations across the United States and Canada.
"As a fierce advocate of the credit union model, leading the Vizo board to enable credit unions of all sizes to serve their members is my great honor," said Woods. Woods has more than 27 years' experience in credit union executive management. His governance experience is extensive and includes serving on the board of the Credit Union National Association, chairmanship of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, the South Carolina Credit Union League and the National Credit Union Legislative Advocacy Committee, the CU said.
