SECU Donates 20 Computers to T4T

RALEIGH, N.C.– State Employees’ Credit Union (SECU) has donated 20 desktop computers to the United Way of the Greater Triangle’s Teaming for Technology (T4T) program.

SECU’s donation will support T4T’s mission of providing refurbished computers to North Carolina schools and non-profits, helping them increase their operating efficiency, deliver their services more effectively and leverage their resources, SECU said.  The computer surplus was a result of the Credit Union’s upgrade of its older units in branches and operations centers this year.

“We are pleased the computers will be used in our local communities, benefiting citizens who need access to these resources,” said Randall Welborn, SVP of SECU’s Chapel Hill-Pittsboro Street branch and donation coordinator
