MASSENA, N.Y.–SeaComm Credit Union has donated $50,000 to American Legion Post 79. The funds will be used to provide repairs to the Veteran’s Memorial Park.
“We are very pleased to support the extensive repairs that are needed for the Massena Veterans Memorial Park,” said President and CEO Scott A. Wilson. “We know our veterans are owed a debt of gratitude, which is certainly impossible to match, however, the current Veteran’s Memorial Park is a testament of appreciation for what they have done in service of our Country. This $50,000, in partnership with the Village and others, will ensure that this park.
Renovations are scheduled to take place this fall.
